A strong advocate of the theory of change approach through private sector initiatives, the individual has collaborated closely with National and county governments, as well as development partners and non-governmental organizations. Notable among these are Ministry of Foreign Affairs Finland, Swedish Embassy, USAID, World Bank, FAO, World Vision, and Aghakhan Foundation. Their comprehensive knowledge extends to current development approaches, trends, issues, and debates at National, Regional, and Global levels. In terms of diversity, the individual is both a team leader and player, possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in multi-cultural/ethnic environments. Demonstrating excellent leadership and management expertise, backed by extensive hands-on experience in organizations of varying sizes and donor-funded programs, they also possess a sound understanding of organizational policies, administrative systems, and procedures.
